What each ticket status means
Pending, confirmed, in transit, arrived, working, completed - what changes at each step and which clock is running.
Updated August 27, 2026
Every request becomes a numbered ticket that moves through six states. You can see the current one any time on the ticket tracker.
The six states
Pending
Your request has arrived and is waiting to be picked up. Nothing is scheduled yet. If it is urgent, say so in the ticket or call.
Confirmed
A technician has accepted the job. You get an email at this point. No clock is running yet.
In transit
The technician has left for your address. The travel clock starts here. This state only applies to on-site visits.
Arrived
The technician is at your door. The travel clock stops and the total drive time is recorded on the ticket.
Working
Work has begun. The work clock starts here. This is the time you are actually paying for on labour.
Completed
The job is finished. The work clock stops, the final cost is entered, and you get an email with the totals and a note describing what was done.
Two other states you might see
- Cancelled - the request was not taken up. The reason is posted on the ticket.
- Archived - a completed ticket that has been filed away. Everything on it is still readable.
Still stuck?
If this did not solve it, open a ticket and a technician will pick it up. You will get a ticket number and can watch the clock from there.
