By downloading, installing, or using Breezy Weather ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Breezy Weather is a mobile application that provides:

• Weather forecasts and current conditions
• Radar imagery and severe weather alerts
• Storm chaser location sharing
• Photo and video sharing capabilities

3. User Accounts

You may use the App without creating an account. Optional features like Google Sign-In provide additional functionality. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the App to spread false weather information
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the App
• Use automated systems to access the App excessively

5. User Content

When you upload photos, videos, or other content:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a license to display and distribute your content within the App
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the content you upload
• We may remove content that violates these terms

6. Storm Chaser Mode

When using Storm Chaser Mode:

• Your location is shared with other users
• You accept responsibility for your own safety
• Weather data is for informational purposes only
• Do not rely solely on the App for life-safety decisions

7. Weather Data Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Weather information provided by the App is for general informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of weather data. Always consult official sources (National Weather Service) for life-threatening weather situations.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any damages arising from your use of the App
• Inaccurate weather data or forecasts
• Decisions made based on App information
• Loss of data or service interruptions
• Actions of other users

9. Subscription Services

Premium features may require a subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
